FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER REACHING OUT TO YOU?

After reaching out to me, I’ll schedule a 10-15 minute phone call to get a rough idea of the business and your goals.

With that, I’ll prepare a brief overview of my proposal which we will then go through over a 45-60 minutes meeting IRL. We’ll also talk about details like work arrangements and billing here.

And if that sounds good (sometimes it’ll take one or two more meetings to really iron out the details), I’ll get cracking and you can then expect regular updates from me!

2. DO YOU WORK ON AN AD HOC OR ONGOING BASIS?

Both! Depending on the needs and scope of work, we’ll finalize an arrangement that works for everyone.

3. HOW WILL THE PRICING BE LIKE?

While I would love to give a definite answer, this depends on the scope and complexity of the execution. Work is either billed per project or monthly - suitability of either option will be discussed during our meeting IRL.

4. I’M CURRENTLY DOING THE ADS MYSELF / ENGAGING SOMEONE ELSE TO DO SO. WHY SHOULD I STILL SPEAK WITH YOU?

It doesn’t hurt to have a fresh pair of eyes to review your current efforts and provide a second opinion! This is especially so if you feel that the ads are not driving the results you want, or that you’re not entirely sure you’re executing them right.

5. I’VE PREVIOUSLY TRIED OUT FACEBOOK / GOOGLE ADS AND THEY DIDN’T PERFORM WELL. WHY SHOULD I GIVE IT A TRY AGAIN?

There are countless factors affecting the performance of your ad, and past performances should not be an indication of the potential of these platforms. With multiple experiments and A/B tests, you’re bound to find a strategy that works best for your business.

6. THERE’S MORE TO FACEBOOK ADS THAN JUST THE ‘BOOST BUTTON’?

Definitely! Facebook campaigns can be as sophisticated or as simple as you like. You’ll likely find more success when you’re able to tweak factors like the objective, audience, bidding, scheduling, creative (and many more) which is beyond what a ‘Boost’ button can do for you.
